This notice describes the information used by California Jet Loans, operated by Jaken Finance Group at 2300 Barrington Road Suite 400, Hoffman Estates, IL 60196.
Inquiries
The live forms collect the contact and transaction details you choose to provide, including approximate aircraft value, requested financing, intended use, California connection and timing. Jaken Finance Group uses this information to respond and assess next steps. The initial inquiry does not authorize a credit pull.
Netlify provides website hosting and, when enabled, form processing. Form data is stored within the authenticated service account and made available to authorized staff. Appropriate lender or professional-provider involvement will be discussed during follow-up; an initial inquiry does not automatically distribute a deal to lenders.
Calculators and downloads
Calculations, scenario comparisons and calculator reports are generated in your browser. We do not transmit their financial inputs to create an export. Saved comparison scenarios remain in tab memory rather than a public URL or persistent profile. You can download the guide library without providing an email address.
Measurement
We store first-party, anonymous activity counts for resource views, calculator use, downloads, financing links and successful form responses. These records contain only the action, resource path, category and timestamp, plus a random event ID used to prevent duplicates. They contain no calculator inputs, contact details, IP address or persistent visitor identifier. Staff may separately record qualified inquiries and completed calls using one-way hashed submission references. Anonymous activity is kept for up to 180 days and removed during reporting maintenance. No advertising tracker or cross-site profile is used. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Hosting providers may process ordinary request information, such as an IP address and requested resource, to deliver and protect the service.
