Sources first. Assumptions in the open.
What supports a statement
Government tax agencies, statutes, regulators, airport operators and manufacturers are preferred for the rules and specifications they own. We keep a source ledger with retrieval dates, applicability and affected resources. A link to a source is not an endorsement of this website by that organization.
Commercial market claims require appropriate data rights and a defined population and period. Aircraft registry counts do not establish based fleets, sale inventory, transaction prices or liquidity. We do not fill data gaps with invented numbers.
Examples and calculators
Scenario inputs are explicitly illustrative unless separately sourced and dated. Tools show their method and limitations. A modeled tax allowance does not establish an exemption, and a modeled payment does not measure lender eligibility. Generated reports include the assumptions so a recipient can understand what produced the results.
Review and corrections
Tax, legal and operational interpretation requires the appropriate qualified review before publication. We do not invent authors, credentials, reviewer signatures or review dates. Changing airport, tax and market resources are scheduled for quarterly review, with stable explanatory resources reviewed annually.
A material correction must identify the affected claim, verify the owning source and update related pages, tools or downloads. Changes to a shared source should prompt a search across the full library rather than a silent edit to just one article.
