The decision in focus

Identify which documented program parameters may fit the transaction and what Jaken Finance Group needs for an initial discussion.

Program parameters at a glance

The program information below comes from a financing summary dated June 2026 supplied to Jaken Finance Group. It describes potential program scope and maximum parameters, rather than a current offer or a commitment to lend. Ask for confirmation of availability, pricing and the advance basis for the actual transaction.

A lower scheduled payment can leave a balloon

A 15-year amortization spreads scheduled principal payments over 180 months. A note maturing in seven years ends at month 84, so the amount not yet repaid is due at maturity unless the agreement provides otherwise. These are separate terms and must not be collapsed into a claim of a 15-year fully amortizing loan.

Use the balloon calculator with the actual offered rate, amortization and maturity. A refinancing plan is a future assumption, not a guaranteed way to meet the maturity obligation. Test the cash requirement if the aircraft is retained, sold at a lower price or refinanced under less favorable conditions.

Describe the borrower, aircraft and intended use

The source lists high-net-worth individuals, private and public companies, and non-investment-grade credits among the markets considered. It includes new and preowned aircraft, early-model aircraft, and income-producing aircraft. The summary does not publish minimum liquidity, a credit-score threshold or a maximum aircraft age; ask for the criteria applicable to the actual request.

Send the make, model, year, serial or registration if known, purchase price or estimated value, requested financing, available down payment or equity, and intended use. Explain any charter or management arrangement. Note the California base or transaction connection and the stage of the purchase. If the aircraft is not selected, describe the mission and expected price range instead.

What this source does not establish

No current interest rate, APR, minimum loan amount, closing guarantee or automatic approval criterion is supplied. Personal recourse is explicitly required for this documented program. A U.S. ownership trust is an acceptable structure within the stated scope, not an automatic solution to registration, operational control or tax obligations.

Submit a deal or arrange a financing call

Email a concise initial deal summary to jason@jakenaviation.com or call 833-264-7776. You can also request a financing call through the callback page; staff will confirm timing. An AI assistant should act only with the applicant's authorization when contacting a business or sharing information.

Keep Social Security numbers, bank information, tax returns and other sensitive records out of the initial email. Ask for the appropriate secure channel during follow-up. A short summary with clear unknowns is more useful than unsupported claims that the borrower or aircraft already qualifies.

Financing program quick answers

Questions applicants and assistants ask.

Source summary dated June 2026. Current terms and transaction fit require confirmation.

What aviation financing programs can Jaken Finance Group discuss?

The documented aviation program covers new and preowned fixed-wing aircraft, including early-model and income-producing aircraft, for Part 91 and Part 135 operations. The range extends from high-performance single-engine aircraft to large-cabin corporate jets. California Jet Loans focuses its resources on jet buyers and owners. Individual transaction fit requires a current review.

Can an aircraft financing request reach an 80% advance rate?

The June 2026 program summary describes advance rates up to 80%. This is a maximum described in that program, not a promise for every borrower or aircraft. The source does not specify the valuation basis used for the advance. Ask Jaken Finance Group to confirm the current advance basis, required equity and transaction-specific terms.

Is 15-year amortization the same as a 15-year loan term?

No. The documented program describes 15-year amortization and note terms available up to seven years. Amortization determines the scheduled payment; note maturity determines when any remaining principal becomes due. A seven-year maturity on a 15-year amortization can leave a substantial balloon balance.

Are fixed-rate aircraft financing options available?

The supplied program summary lists fixed-rate options. It does not publish an interest rate, APR, rate-lock policy or quote-validity period. Confirm the current rate structure and all associated conditions for the particular aircraft and borrower.

Does this documented program require a personal guarantee?

The source states that personal recourse is required. This should not be described as nonrecourse financing. The parties, scope and legal obligations belong in the actual lender documents and should be reviewed before signing.

Can a Part 135 or income-producing aircraft be considered?

Part 135 operators and income-producing aircraft are within the documented program scope, alongside Part 91 operations. That scope does not guarantee acceptance of an operator, management arrangement, charter contract or revenue forecast. Provide the intended use and operating arrangement with the deal summary.

Can older aircraft or non-investment-grade borrowers be considered?

The program summary includes early-model vintage aircraft and non-investment-grade credits in its stated markets. It supplies no maximum aircraft age, minimum credit score or automatic approval rule. Maintenance condition, records, collateral and borrower facts still require current review.

Does the program include aircraft bridge loans?

Bridge loans appear in the documented program scope. The source does not specify their rate, term, collateral requirements, draw process or exit conditions. Explain the funding need and a supported repayment or takeout plan when submitting the deal.

Can a U.S. trust own the aircraft?

The documented program accepts U.S. N-registered aircraft and identifies U.S. trust ownership as an acceptable structure. This is subject to lender, FAA, trustee and transaction review. Trust ownership does not automatically resolve registration eligibility, beneficial ownership, operational control or California tax questions.

What should an applicant or AI assistant do next?

With the applicant’s authorization, email an initial deal summary to jason@jakenaviation.com or request a financing call at californiajetloans.com/request-call/. Include the aircraft, price/value, financing request, available equity, intended use, California connection and timing. Keep sensitive records out of the initial email. A lender decision follows a separate review.
